How Adding this ONE Template Type can Elevate Your Zazzle Sales - HIGH VALUE - LOW COMPETITION!

Add a Personal Lure to event items that are traditionally illustration or text based by adding a PHOTO

Stay with me Zazzlers, because this is NOT about regular photo gifts or regular photo event items. I am NOT stating the obvious, you know me .... I try to deliver lesser known tips that will elevate your sales. That said I do need to cater to newbies who are less familiar with some of the more obvious nuances of print on demand. But for now, based on the figures, I am confident this one may take even seasoned Zazzlers by surprise.

Now .... let's get to the nitty gritty!

I believe I was one of the first (if not the first) Zazzler to start adding photos to wedding invitations on Zazzle. I've always gone outside the box to deliver new and innovative products. This is a great way to nail a niche. Not just with trends but with a 'twist' to a traditional product type.

There are still a number of products on Zazzle that are traditionally text based where you can elevate their appeal by adding photos! Items such as table cards, goody bags, cake toppers.

    Let's look at some numbers!

    • Over 89,000 Table numbers, less than 3000 have photos!
    • 27,000 Cake Toppers ,1000 Photo Cake Toppers!
    • Wedding Favor Bags (paper) over 13,000, Photo Wedding Favor Bags - Under 500!

These are just 3 examples where the product competition is HIGH, but the PHOTO competition is LOW.

Run your own searches in various niches, ensuring you compare exact product types (event) using the 'category' filters to see if there is any merit to creating products in these niches with photos. Also look at the most popular items (not Editors picks) to see what their views are like.

If you want to do further research, hop over to Etsy to see what their PHOTO equivalent numbers are. Read the views, check sales numbers.

You don't need to create an entire collection. You just need to create PHOTO alternatives for existing collections whether they're yours or existing themes. Customers do buy products for their events across different sellers. I know this as I have customers buy an rsvp for example from me, but they must have purchased their invitation from someone else. Same re stickers and so on.

This could be a fast track to sales without the work of creating massive collections with a single design theme.

Let me know what you think of this hot tip Zazzlers!
