Zazzle Designers: How To Get More Reviews and Boost Your Sales!

Reviews are like gold dust on Zazzle. They build trust with potential customers and can have a big impact on your sales. But how do you encourage customers to leave reviews when Zazzle handles most of the interaction?

Here are some creative strategies you can use to go beyond the profile section and turn happy customers into raving fans who leave reviews:

Nudge Them with a Polite Request:

    • Post-purchase email: Via the Cross-Sell Collections dashboard, you can add a 2 sentance follow-up email that will be forwarded by Zazzle automatically after a purchase. You can use this to tank customers for choosing your designs and politely mention the option to leave a review.

    • Purchase Prompts: In your PROFILE via 'advanced settings' if you page down below your stores you will see a range of message prompts. You can use this space to request a review - as per image sample.

    Product and Collection Covers

Create cover images ( you are allowed up to 10) that feature positive reviews or politely request a review after purchase. A 'bio' type cover. A few designers already have these in place (myself included) and they are allowed as long as they as they do NOT replace the main product cover image. ie it should be the last image in your cover photo reel.

    Be Present:

    • Respond to comments and messages:  Respond promptly and professionally to any chat messages you receive through your Zazzle store.

    • Optimize your Zazzle profile: Use the profile section to showcase your design personality and customer focus. Thank customers for their purchases and highlight positive reviews you've received.

    • You can add images to your stores via 'media images' and these images can include screengrabs of positive reviews.

    I hope this helps Zazzlepreneurs!
